This contest is promoted by Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc. (“Promoter”). By entering the Contest, entrants are
agreeing to all terms and conditions of the Contest as listed on this page.

1. The Contest (submission of photos and voting) commences on June 15, 2009 to August 15, 2009.

2. Entry is only open to Philippine residents of 18 years and above who register on the site. Employees of the Promoter are allowed to register as members for voting purposes, but they and their immediate families are not allowed to submit entries for the photo contest. By entering the Contest, participants are agreeing to all terms and conditions of the Contest as listed on this page and to Contest announcements.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all registration forms and to disqualify registrants who tamper
with the entry process.

4. Where photos are submitted on behalf of a contestant, Promoter assumes that approval for such submission and
participation in the contest has been obtained from the person in the photograph and such person is aware of the
terms and conditions of the contest. .

5. Voters shall vote against the photo of their choice. A voter can vote for any number of entries, but is allowed only one
vote per entry per week. Participants in the photo segment are also permitted to vote for themselves or others.

6. Winners shall be notified by email at the address provided within thirty (30) days from the close of the contest and
will be required to send a reply mail acknowledging the notification and confirming that they shall collect the prize. Failure
to do this will result in automatic disqualification.

7. If a finalist is disqualified for any other reason, the next contender shall qualify in that place. Decision of the Promoter
in this regard and with regard to any other matter pertaining to the Contest shall be final and binding and no
correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by the Promoter.

8. Prizes must be collected within one month of receipt of notification from Promoter. Prizes cannot be exchanged for
cash. Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes declared with other prizes of equal value. Prizes should be
claimed only by the entrant or an authorized representative of the entrant. No third party can lay claim to the prizes.

9. All materials (including photographs) received as submissions will remain the sole property of Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc. and may be used in their discretion for publicity purposes and shall be subject to our Privacy Policy.

10.Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc. reserves the right to terminate any registration containing untruthful information and disqualify any entries should they be found of lewd or of obscene content. Content submitted that breaches the law
may be disclosed to law enforcement Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc. reserves the right to withhold or remove content of the
type set forth in the following:

• Content that appears to contain a performance that has been broadcast or streamed, published or televised on
television or as part of a recording of a motion picture film or television program

• Content that appears to be copied or otherwise plagiarized from another source

• Content that appears to contain readily recognizable commercial products such as branded clothing and other goods
and packaged goods • Content that appears to contain or reference to third party trademarks

• Content that appears to contain depictions of third party owned images, even where they appear in the background
or briefly (including buildings, architecture, sculpture and art) • Content that appears to disclose trade secrets,
confidential, or privileged information of others, or private facts about others

• Content that appears to contain names, photographs, voices, or other likeness of celebrities, either living or dead,
including both favorable and unfavorable portrayals or depictions • Content that appears to misuse any of the J&J
trademarks or company names

• Content that contains unsolicited ideas also needs to be addressed appropriately. Include a disclaimer that such
content is not wanted and consider including a statement that any such submissions become the property of the company.

• Content that appears to offer medical advice

11. It is a condition precedent of this Contest that all winning entrants consent to the public disclosure of their names
and their particulars (including release of their photographs) for publicity or commercial purposes. Such winners also
consent to co-operate with and participate in publicity activities, if any, organized by Promoter relating to the Contest
without compensation whatsoever. Promoter reserves the right to disclose and publish names and corresponding
particulars of the winners at its discretion.

12. All winners shall accept prizes as they are and subject to any terms and conditions to the prizes. Promoter makes
no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the
prizes in this Contest. Promoter assumes no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect to defect or deficiency of
the prize or the nature/consumption of the prizes.

13. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any delay, failure in transmission of information, photos, votes due to
network, technical, electronic failures or any other conditions beyond the control of the Promoter.

14. Entrants registering for the contest and/or opting in to receive offers and special member services from the Promoter
and consent to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Organizer may use
this information to contact the entrant with exclusive offers and updates from Johnson & Johnson (Philippines), Inc.
without any reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Please read Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of Philippines. Any dispute shall be subject to
the jurisdiction of courts in the Philippines.
